As a member of Glossop 4×4 Group, you have the opportunity to attend a variety of small but well organised off-roading events arranged by the club. Events include pay and play days, trials, and some green laning. You can also have a go at our annual Ash Trophy event to find out who is the best all round driver.
Membership Details
Renewal for existing members is £15.00 per year and for new members it’s £20.00 per year to cover the cost of the starter pack. This includes a vehicle club sticker, members introduction guide, members directory, and you’ll receive our monthly newsletters.
The club also hold monthly committee and social meetings for members to attend.
Membership renewals take place in January. Membership will carry over to the following year for anyone wishing to join after September.

I recently purchased a defender and I’m very interested in learning more about green laning. Is this something your club is active in doing. I’m only in marple bridge so Glossop is pretty local

Hi Karl. Yes, we do a good mix of laning and off road days. Please do feel free to have a look at our events page for 2015 and event archive pages to help get a feel for the type of events we do. Hello there.
I’m an old green laner looking to get back into it and join a good club. I have a 96 disco v8 (No lpg yet!) And I was hoping I could attend your boxing day laning trip with the old man and join your club.
